This is a prequel (yet a sequel) to the famous Paranormal Activity. The film contains many of the same effects and camera work, but misses out a bit on the creative camera work in the 1st movie.

+ will get your heart pumping as usual
+ scary ass scenes that will get you flinching
+ kick-ass security cameras! (some people didn't like this idea, but I did)
+ believable acting from the family (yes I liked the idea of a family this time)
- not a great ending, but not bad either
- predictable many times, but still fun!

Overall, it's not as good as the 1st, but definitely worth seeing if you enjoyed the first film!

i heard its only worth watching if you wanna be surprised by shit.

as i suspected, this movie blew. i went in with really high expectations though.
