I'm pretty novice in Photoshop Design and stuff, but I just whipped this up:

This isn't a sig, it's just some stuff i could use to develop a sig I might make...

thats pretty cool, imo something in the back like something flashy would make that a pretty awesome sig, what would be even better was the lightning mouled into some guys name

I DONT HAVE THE OUTER GLOW IN MY PHOTOSHOP ELEMENT !

so i cant made a light saber =(

you don't need an outer glow. Set a gradient onto a shape (gradient colors being "Pure" Red and White then Gaussian Blur it until you get what you want, then erase a bit off the edges to give it a more saber glow kinda look

omg saosin ... i will need a video lol ! and you did that on element ?

gaussian blur makes a better glow anyway. outer glow uses edges.
