i was banned from eths server by eth and when asked this was what kapkin told me he said

Kapkin: and since he dont wanna unban you (and thats his server
Kapkin: i cant do shit, i can like place a vote ... but elm isnt connected
Kapkin: and eth vs me only ... eth win in term of banning
Kapkin: since he pay for it
Kapkin: he have full control over it

then i asked eth why and he says
