I will keep my spatk frillish cause frillish dont even have any sort of defensive move, so to make him defense is kinda pointless,

it will still have a very good sp def cause of its normal stats.

Am planning on rasing him with

-Recover (to heal) -Normal-
-Brine (Power doubles if opponent's HP is less than 50%. so 65 x 2 = 130 power) -Water-
-Water spout (Water Spout does damage proportionately based on the user's HP. This move's base power reduces as the user's HP reduces and is calculated by the formula: 150 x ( current Hp/ max Hp)--Hence, at maximum power (100% HP), the move's base power would be 150.
-Substitute ( put a substitue with the ammount of Hp you losed +1hp total Hp)

Am planning on teaching the last move TM'S...
But am not quite sure, i willhave to test if am doing enought dmg with the starter move to bring him to less then 50%. If i dont i'll probly go with surf.
But yeah substitute would be cool... like if i get to low, i sub instead of recovering, then i recover, so it will give me a safe turn to heal. It will maybe even give me 2 safe turn. Cause sub put that little thing with the hp you losed +1 and it have the same basic stats and type as you do. so it will be like killing me a second time.
Well i'll have to try it, and probly read the rules about sub for the wifi tourny.

By the way, where is you fucking Shadow Ball on him? Recover and Substitute are fine (Scald is fine too), but Brine? wtf? replace with Shadow Ball plz. What's the point of having a ghost type advantage on a psychic and not being able to 1 shot him or even do some damage at least...stupid frenchies.

So according to the formula, you do more damage with the move when I am at full HP (150 x 1) = 150 base dmg. When I am at like 0.2 % health then it does 150 x 0.2 = 30 base dmg.
